WHAT IS A FOOD SAFETY INTERNAL AUDIT?

An internal audit is a systematic approach which evaluates your food safety management system (FSMS) and identifies areas for improvement. With the implementation of HACCP / FSMS, it is necessary to regularly review your system to ensure food safety compliance. It can be conducted by employees of your company or by us, and a comprehensive report will be generated at the end of the audit.

IMPORTANCE OF INTERNAL AUDITS
